Refund Policy

You try IntakeLine free for 7 days. Your first paid month is covered by our guarantee: if the receptionist books you nothing in that month, the month is free. After that, the service is a month-to-month subscription you can cancel at any time.

New firms get a 7-day free trial of the receptionist service. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed and there is nothing to refund.

If the receptionist books you no consultations in your first paid month, that month is on us: we will refund the first month's subscription fee in full, or credit it, at your choice. To claim the guarantee, contact us within 14 days after the end of your first paid month. The guarantee applies once per firm and assumes your phone forwarding remained active for the month.

The service is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep the service until then. Outside the month-one guarantee, fees for a started billing period are non-refundable, though we may issue partial refunds or credits at our discretion where something on our side went wrong.

If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a wrong amount — tell us and we will refund the difference in full.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
